以“家文化”促进大学新生集体凝聚力建设--以华南师范大学为例

摘要

The orientation of freshmen is the first class when they get in to university, and promoting the construction of collective cohesion is an important link of it. The freshmen are both in 1990s, who come form all corners of the country. They have many kinds of problems that are not conducive to unity. This paper analyses these problems and proposes a method of promoting the construction of collective cohesion with the family culture.%　　新生入学教育是新生迈进大学的第一堂课，集体凝聚力建设是其中重要环节。大学新生皆为“90后”，来自五湖四海，存在各种不利于团结的问题，本文以华南师范大学文学院为例，通过对新生群体普遍存在的问题进行分析，提出用“家文化”加强新生集体凝聚力建设，帮助新生尽快适应大学生活。
