高校助学工作的育人功能探析--以广东理工职业学院为例

摘要

贫困生是高校学生中的一个特殊群体，贫困生助学对于促进和谐校园建设，提高教育公平程度都具有重要意义。目前我国虽已建立了多元化的贫困生助学体系，但同时还存在诸多问题。本文以广东理工职业学院为例，结合新形势背景，分析我国高校目前整个助学体系的现状、问题，并针对这些问题提出相应的对策与建议，与此同时设想构建一个助学工作的动态管理模型。%The poverty-stricken student is a special group among college students, so the financial aid for them is of important sig-nificance for the construction of a harmonious campus and edu-cation equality. Taking this college for an example, based on the background of the new situation, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the current college financial aid, and proposes relevant suggestions, and establishes a dynamic man-agement model.
