创新型教师培养瓶颈及破解路径

摘要

创新型国家的建设，人才是基础，教育是保障。创新型教师对于创新型人才的培养有着不可替代的作用。然而，在教育实践过程中，创新型教师的培养依然受到多种因素的制约。破解创新型教师培养瓶颈之路，教师除了要勇于承担责任和使命，树立科学的创新理念之外，还要不断提升创新素养，客观认识教育工作的特性。%In the process of building an innovative country, talent is the foundation, education is the guarantee. Innovative teacher plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating the innovative talents , however, in practice, the training of innovative teachers is still restricted by many kinds of factors. Breaking the bottleneck to the cultivation of innovative teachers, teachers should shoulder the responsibility and mission, establish the scientific concept of in-novation, but also continue to enhance innovation awareness, un-derstanding the characteristics of education.
