改革开放以来，我国高等教育为社会培养了越来越多的人才。但高等教育在迅速发展的过程中，也出现了许多不足之处，比如，过度的教育使得培育出来的人才能力低于社会对人才的要求，很多人无法胜任社会提供的职位。本文针对我国高等教育人才培养存在问题的分析，并提出了改善高等教育人才培养的几点对策。%Since the reform and opening up, China's higher edu-cation has cultivated many talents for the society, but there are also many shortcomings in the rapid development of higher edu-cation. In view of the existing problems, this paper proposes sev-eral countermeasures for improving talent cultivation of higher e-ducation.
