针对处于教学困境教师的帮助性评价策略--基于教学档案袋评价法

         

摘要

Teaching portfolio assessment has characteristic of helping teacher to grow,and can meet growing need of teachers who are falling into teaching difficulty. Help is the prominent characteristic of the assessment strategies based on teaching portfolio, that is, helping the teachers to clear assessment pur-pose, to built portfolio, make self-reflection, form and analyze as-sessment outcome, and making the teachers get helping for grow-ing during the assessment.%  教学档案袋评价法具有在评价中帮助教师成长的特点,能够满足处于教学困境的教师具有特殊的成长需求。基于教学档案袋评价法的评价策略,最突出的特点是帮助性,即在评价过程中,帮助处于教学困境的教师明确评价目的、创建档案袋、进行自主反思、形成并分析评价结果,使教师在参与评价的的过程中获得成长的帮助。
