工科院校大学生科技创新能力培养研究--以河海大学水利水电学院为例

摘要

Based on Institute of Water Conservancy and Hy-dropower of Hohai University as an example, through the analysis of the cultivation of science and technology innovation ability of engineering college students, this paper points out the existential problems in carrying out scientific and technological innovation activities for college students, and puts forward some suggestions of improving management mechanism, creating a comprehensive demonstration team, setting up scientific and technological inno-vation platform, encouraging teachers and students participation.%　　本文以河海大学水利水电学院为例，通过对工科类院校大学生科技创新能力培养现状进行分析，指出了当前院校在开展大学生科技创新活动中存在的问题，并结合工作实际，提出了健全管理运行机制、打造综合示范团队、搭建科技创新平台、激励师生多方参与的相关建议。
