从学生培养的角度探讨独立学院学生就业质量的提升对策

The quality of independent college students' employ-ment is the basis of the development of an independent college. From the perspective of student cultivation, the writer holds that the quality of independent college students' employment can be improved from three aspects.%　　独立学院学生的就业质量是独立学院生存和发展的根本所在，是其当前急需解决的重要课题之一。本文从学生培养的角度出发，认为独立学院需要通过更新人才培养方案、完善个性化全程就业指导和丰富校园文化活动等三方面的工作，才能促进独立学院学生就业质量的提升。
