沿边地区基础教育差异的表现形式及对策建议初探--以云南保山地区为例

     

摘要

云南省的教育特别是沿边地区的基础教育的区域差距是巨大的,如果不加以科学调控,那么这种巨大的差距将会越来越大。本文拟从区域差异、城乡差异、校际差异、民族差异以及山区和坝区差异等五方面进行研究,较为系统地揭示基础教育的区域差距进而提出实现教育均衡的基本对策,以期为沿边地区的教育均衡发展乃至和谐社会建设作出一定的贡献。%The education of Yunnan especially in the border area, based education regional gap is huge, if not to have a scientifical control, then the gap will be bigger and bigger. In this article, we will have a research from five aspects,include the regional differ-ence of urban and rural differences intercollegiate difference na-tional differences and differences in mountainous area and the dam, more system based education reveals the regional gap and put forward the basic countermeasures to realize education bal-anced,so as to the border area education balanced development and construction of a harmonious society to make a certain con-tribution.
