基于“罗森塔尔效应”理论的新型大学英语教学模式研究

     

摘要

“罗森塔尔效应”即“期待效应”:真诚的关注与期待会最大化地促成“高成就动机”,使“高成就期待”得以实现。基于这一理论,一种新型的教学模式在我校大学英语教学中进行了实践应用,极大地激发了学生的学习动机及潜能,促进了学生的学习主动性,提高了学习成绩,综合素质及语言应用能力。%"Rosenthal Effect", namely"Expectation Effect", indi-cates that the heartfelt concerns and expecta tions can promote"high achievement motivation"at the most, which contributes to"high achievement fulfillment". Based on the theory, a new teaching model has been practiced in college English classroom in CAUC, which shows that the teaching philosophy has maxi-mized the promotion of active learning, the improvement of learn-ing quality and the ability of using language for students.
