地方普通院校交通工程专业人才培养模式探讨

摘要

地方普通高校交通工程专业结合地区社会经济发展对交通工程专业的人才需求，确立人才培养方案。文章分析了交通工程专业人才培养模式特征，提出了地方普通院校交通工程专业人才培养定位和人才培养模式的改革措施。%In order to establish the talent training scheme, traffic engineering specialty in local colleges and universities should combine with the needs of professional talents of traffic engineer-ing based on social and economic development of the region.The paper analyzed the talent training mode of traffic engineering,put forward the talent training orientation and reform measures of professional talents of traffic engineering in local colleges and u-niversities.
