实践教学在KAP人才培养中的推动作用--以“生物学野外实习”为例

     

摘要

KAP人才培养模式是知识、能力、人格三位一体和谐发展的人才培养模式。生物学野外实习是高校生命学科教学体系中的一个重要实践教学环节,在知识积累、能力提高,素养提升等方面具有独特的作用。同济大学生命科学与技术学院生物学野外实习团队教师以KAP人才培养模式为导向,通过深入挖掘实习课程与理论、实验课程的差异,探索了发挥实践教学推动KAP人才培养作用的主要途径,采取了全方位、多角度、多渠道的方式,有效促进了学生的知识积累、能力提高和人格塑造。%KAP talents cultivation model is a trinity and harmo-nious development talent cultivation model which combines knowledge, ability and personality. As an important practical teaching link in the life science teaching system of colleges and universities,"Biology Fieldwork" plays unique functions on the knowledge accumulation, ability improvement and quality pro-motion, etc. The"Biology Fieldwork"teachers' team of College of Life Science and Technology in Tongji University, taking KAP talents cultivation model as the orientation, explores the main ap-proaches of practical teaching link to promote the KAP talents cultivation model, by in-depth digging the differences between"Biology Fieldwork" theory and experiment courses. All-round, multi-angle and multi-channel methods are adopted to effective-ly improve students' knowledge accumulation, capacity improving and personality shaping.
