理工科大学文科学院毕业生就业创业工作探究

摘要

Liberal arts majors always occupy an important position in the discipline construction and development of science and engineering universities, so the employment and entrepreneur-ship of liberal arts graduates directly influences the overall work of employment of science and entrepreneurship. Through an in-vestigation and analysis on the employment and entrepreneurship of graduates from liberal arts colleges of engineering universities, this paper explored a new mechanism for it from expanding the channel, establishing the atmosphere, enhancing the guidance, strengthening the support and promoting the practice, and com-prehensively improved the styles and methods of work, aiming to provide practical basis for feasibly enhancing the employment competitiveness of liberal arts graduates from science and engi-neering universities.%理工科大学文科专业在高校学科建设发展中一直占有较重要的地位，文科专业毕业生的就业创业状况也直接影响到学校整体的就业创业工作水平，通过对理工科大学文科学院的毕业生就业创业情况进行的调研分析，从拓宽渠道、营造氛围、增强指导、加强援助、推动实践等方面探索了理工科大学文科专业就业创业工作的新机制，全面改进工作方式和方法，为切实增强理工科大学文科专业学生的就业竞争力提供实践依据。
