维汉双语教学中的普通话声调教学问题探析

     

摘要

With the rapid economic development, international and regional communications have become increasingly frequent. The standardized and unified use of a language, as an important measure of the civilization level of a country, also greatly facili-tates social development and cultural prosperity. Currently, in view of the status quo that the popularization rate of Putonghua is still low among minority nationalities in China, our government is vigorously popularizing the bilingual education of Putonghua and local languages in minority nationality regions, on one hand, en-couraging the inheritance of local cultures and languages, and on the other hand, effectively improving local Putonghua level, thus realizing external communication and integration. With the vigor-ous implementation of the "supporting Xinjiang construction"policy, bilingual education has become its important part, so the active popularization and standardized use of Putonghua, the na-tional common language, has become its key component. This paper mainly analyzed the teaching of Putonghua tones in the bilingual training of bilingual teaching staff for primary and sec-ondary schools in Aksu Prefecture of Xinjiang, aiming to better improve the training effect of Uyghur-Chinese bilingual teaching staff for primary and secondary schools in Aksu Prefecture of Xinjiang through the improvement of Putonghua level.%随着经济的快速发展,国际之间、区域之间的交流日益频繁,语言规范统一的使用成为国家文明程度的重要衡量标尺,更是社会的发展与文化的繁荣的极大助力。目前我国针对少数民族汉语普及率低的现状,在少数民族地区大力推广普通话与当地语言双语教育,一方面鼓励当地文化语言传承,另一方面更好地提升当地的汉语水平,实现对外交流与融会。随着国家大力支援新疆建设政策的推行,双语教育成为其中很重要的一部分。因而国家通用语———普通话的积极推广与规范使用成为其中的重要组成部分。本文主要针对新疆阿克苏地区中小学双语教师师资双语培训中的普通话声调教学进行分析,以便更好地通过普通话水平的提高来提升新疆阿克苏地区中小学维汉双语教师培训成效。
