民办高校青年骨干教师培养机制探究--以上海外国语大学贤达经济人文学院为例

     

摘要

As young teachers have become the main force of the teaching staff in civilian-run universities, it is of great importance to strengthen the training mechanism of young backbone teach-ers. The paper analyzes the major characteristics of university young teachers and points out the affecting factors in civilian-run universities that may hinder the development of young teachers. It is suggested that to build up the training mechanism, civilian-run universities have to take such effective measures as selecting backbone teachers, making detailed training plans, establishing evaluation system and providing sufficient material and mental support to the young backbone teachers.%青年教师是民办高校的主力军,加强青年教师尤其是骨干教师的培养机制建设是民办高校师资队伍建设的重中之重。文章分析了高校青年教师的普遍特点,指出民办高校现存的制约青年教师发展的不利因素,提出民办高校要建立青年骨干教师的培养机制,需要做好选拔、制定培养方案、建立评价体系和加强物质保障等方面的工作。
