国内幼儿教师胜任力研究述评

摘要

Through the retrieval and analysis of online literature on the research of preschool teachers' competency, this paper ex-plored the current situation of domestic research on preschool tea-chers' competency, and concluded the enlightenment, with the aim to provide referential suggestions for the research of preschool teachers' competency.%通过网络文献检索，并对检索出的有关幼儿教师胜任力研究的文献进行分析，探讨幼儿教师胜任力的研究现状，并在此基础上得到启示，为幼儿教师胜任力的研究提供参考性建议。
