专门用途英语在高职英语教学中的适用性研究

摘要

专门用途英语教学把英语与专业相结合，突出高职教育特色，既注重培养学生的人文素养和能力，又着重考虑教育的整体性和差异性，有效促进高职教育发展。其优点在于课程设置具有衔接性和前瞻性，课程内容实用，着重突出职业教育特色，在课程设置过程中着重考虑学生的主体地位，并且采用灵活多样的课程评价标准。%The teaching of English for Specific Purposes(ESP) combines English with specialties, which highlights the charac-teristics of higher vocational education, focusing on the cultiva-tion of students' humanities and abilities, as well as the integrity and diversity of education, so it can effectively promote the de-velopment of higher vocational education. Its advantage is that the curriculum setting is cohesive and forward-looking with the characteristics of higher vocational education, and students' sub-jective role is emphasized in curriculum setting, and besides, flexible and diverse curriculum evaluation standard is adopted.
