旅游者视角下旅游供应链优化问题

摘要

近年来，信息化条件下，旅游者对旅游模式的选择产生了新的趋势，个性化要求逐步提高。本文在对上述趋势的综合分析上，从游客视角反观旅游供应链存在的问题，并提供从确立合作共赢的理念、优化服务流程、满足个性需求、拓展服务内容四个方面解决的方案，以期为旅游产业的发展提供一定的借鉴。%At information times, tourists have new trends on the choice of travel modes, and individualized requirements have in-creased gradually. Based on a comprehensive analysis on the current trends, this article puts forward the problems existing in the tourism supply chain from the perspective of tourists, and proposes the solutions from the establishment of the concept of win-win cooperation,the optimization of service process, meeting individual needs and expanding services, hoping to provide ref-erences for the development of tourism industry.
