独立学院迁建背景下的教师应激与管理--以浙江工业大学之江学院为例

摘要

为贯彻落实教育部26号令，杭州市内不符合用地面积要求的独立学院纷纷去外地择址，建立新校区。学院的迁建会给教师带来不同程度的应激，产生不利影响。面对迁建，学院应积极管理和控制教师应激。本文将就个人管理和组织管理两个方面对教师的应激管理提出相关建议和方案。%To implement the Ministry of Education 26th decree, independent colleges which can not meet the land area require-ment in Hangzhou, build new campuses away from Hangzhou. Relocation of the colleges would lead varying degrees of stress to teachers, and have a negative impact. Facing to relocation, col-leges should manage and control teachers' stress. This paper will put forward some related suggestions and proposals to teachers' stress management on personal and organization management.
