浅谈班主任工作应当练好基本功

摘要

作为学生班主任，在教书育人方面是排头兵，很多管理工作要求高、严、细，有很多方面的基本功需要下苦工夫练习、掌握，而且必须热爱这项工作，做好“良心”活。为此，本文就练好基本功问题谈几点体会和看法。%As pioneers of education, head teachers' management work should be qualified, strict and careful, with many basic skills to be trained and mastered at pains, and besides, they should love this work and do it well with conscience. In this re-gard, this paper discusses some experience and views on how to train head teachers' basic skills.
