高校入学仪式教育集文化教育、思想教育、管理教育于一体，是学生面对大学生活这一新情境的继续社会化过程。入学仪式具有重要的文化人类学意义，应以宣传校园文化，传承大学精神为主题；以全员育人，体现学生的主体地位为理念；以营造氛围，实现系列化教育为要求；以贴近学生实际，体现时代性为目标。高校应充分挖掘入学仪式的育人资源，有效提高入学教育的针对性、实效性、吸引力和感染力。%The education of university matriculation ceremony, as an integration of cultural education, ideological education and management education, is a process for students' further social-ization in university life. The matriculation ceremony is of great significance of cultural anthropology. The publicity of campus culture and the highlighting of university spirit should be the theme. Students' dominant role should be expressed through the whole education. The requirement of serial education should be achieved through atmosphere establishment. The goal of temporal spirit should be reflected through keeping pace with students' practical situation. The education resources of matriculation cer-emony should be fully developed, and its target, effectiveness and appeal should also be improved.
