职教师资在职教育与培训的现状分析及思考

摘要

In order to promote the vocational education teachers' professional growth and speed up the vocational education teach-ers' team construction, in-service education and training of voca-tional education teachers plays a key role. Based on analyzing the characteristics and situation of in-service education and training of vocational education teachers, this paper reflects on the prob-lems of training of vocational education teachers.%为促进我国职教师资的专业性成长，加快职教师资队伍建设的进程，职教师资的在职教育与培训起着至关重要的作用。本文在分析我国职教师资在职教育与培训的特点及现状的基础上，就如何改进当前职教师资在职教育与培训存在的问题进行了思考。
