基于企业需求视角下的工科高等教育人才培养模式研究

摘要

In order to cope with the complex and challenging in-dustry market, interpersonal skills, team spirit, professional knowledge, practical ability, innovation ability and the strain ca-pacity are required. Based on the enterprise demand, the knowl-edge structure of students should have the characteristics of"broad caliber and wide field of vision" and "one specialty and multiple abilities". In this paper, the application of produc-tion-study-research cooperation teaching, "experience type"teaching method and self-study ability training in talent cultiva-tion of adult higher education is discussed.%为应对复杂多变、富有挑战性的行业市场，企业要求人才具备专业知识、实践能力、创新能力和应变能力、良好的人际关系处理能力和团队精神。基于企业需求的视角下，成教学生的知识结构应具有“宽口径，大视野”、“一专多能”的特点。本文探讨了产学研合作教学手段、“体验式”教学方法、自学能力的培养在成人高等教育人才培养中的应用。
