文章从客观因素、教师因素和学生因素三个方面,通过问卷调查和实地访谈,运用因子分析法找出旅游管理专业顺利实施研讨式教学的关键因素。实证分析结果显示,学生参与程度对研讨式教学的影响力最大,接下来依次为教师教学水平、客观因素、教师教学理念、学生偏好和课堂规模。最后文章从学生参与、教学水平、考核方法、评估制度以及学校支持等五个方面提出具有可操作性的建议和措施。%From such three aspects as objective factors, teachers' factors and students' factors, through questionnaire survey and field interviews, this paper used factor analysis to find out the key factors for the successful implementation of research-discussion teaching for tourism management major. The result of empirical analysis shows that the degree of students' participation has the greatest influence on research-discussion teaching, followed by the teaching level of teachers, objective factors, teachers' teaching concepts, students' preferences and classroom size. Finally, the article puts forward the suggestions and measures from five as-pects, such as student participation, teaching level, assessment method, assessment system and school support.
