高职院校心理委员胜任力的现状调查与研究--以江西外语外贸职业学院为例

摘要

高职院校的大学生心理健康工作一直备受关注。本研究以江西外语外贸职业学院为例，对高职院校心理委员胜任力的现状进行调查和研究，为高职院校的心理委员培养工作提出建议。%The psychological health work for students in higher vocational colleges has always been highly concerned. Exempli-fied by Jiangxi College of Foreign Studies, this paper investigates and researches the current situation of the competency of psy-chological committee members in higher vocational colleges, and proposes suggestions for the cultivation of psychological commit-tee members in higher vocational colleges.
