埃里克森自我同一性理论对初中外来务工子女自信力恢复的启示

     

摘要

American psychologist Erickson has a unique insight into the rules of adolescents' development and growth. In partic-ular, he proposed the self-identity theory which has described a prospect of adolescents' development. The theory has made a rel-atively lucid explanation on the formation and development of adolescent's personality and possible psychological problems in the future, having provided a new perspective for us to better study the growth of adolescents. With Erickson's self-identity as the theoretical basis, this paper attempts to clarify the enlighten-ment of the theory to the recovery of migrant junior high school students' self-confidence.%美国心理学家埃里克森对青少年心理的发展和成长规律的认识和理解具有独特的见解,特别是其提出的自我同一性理论,为人们描绘了青少年心理发展的图景。该理论对青少年人格的形成与发展,以及日后将可能出现的心理问题做了比较明晰的阐释,为我们更好地研究青少年成长提供了一个新的视角。本文试图以埃里克森的自我同一性理论为基础,阐明这一理论对初中外来务工子女自信力恢复的启示。
