高职院校在职业倦怠背景下的师德建设研究

摘要

教师是我国教育建设与教育改革能否取得成功的重要因素,通过研究表明目前的高职院校职业倦怠情况不容乐观,对于师德建设中存在的问题不能小觑乃至回避,而应该主动去发现问题,研究问题,解决问题.%The teacher is an important factor for the success of e-ducation construction and reform in our country. Studies show that the current job burnout situation is not optimistic in higher vocational colleges, and the problems that exist in the construc-tion of teachers' morality cannot be underestimated and even avoided. We should take the initiative to find the problems, re-search the problems and solve the problems.
