“生源紧缺”背景下高职院校教师情感性劳动与职业倦怠关系研究

         

摘要

自从2008年以后高考生源逐年下降,引发了高职院校生源紧缺危机,这使得高职院校面临着生源竞争压力。这种竞争压力势必也转移到一线教师身上。为提升学生和社会满意度,教师扮演了更多的工作角色,投入更多的情感性劳动,这必然额外增加教师的工作压力。研究表明长期的情绪抑制会形成情感耗竭、人格解体及工作满意度下降,从而催生或者强化教师的职业倦怠。%Student pool in college entrance examination declines year by year since 9,008 triggers the crisis concerning on the source of students and new competition in the higher vacational colleges. The pressure of competition will be undertaken by the teachers as assessments. In order to improve the satisfaction of students and society, teachers in colleges invests emotional labor with more job roles, which increase working pressure. The research demonstrates that perennial suppression of emotion will generate emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low job satisfaction and thereby job burnout.
