'种子生产与经营管理'课内教学'产-理-技'教学模式的研究

         

摘要

针对"种子生产与经营管理"课程课内教学效果欠佳的问题,提出并出尝试课内教学"产- 理- 技"教学模式,大幅度调整原有教学内容的讲授顺序及所占课时比例.首先,用30%的课时介绍和剖析产业现状以作为课程引导部分,提升学生学习兴趣,培养学生行业忧患意识和社会责任感;以40%课时讲解基础理论知识,作为课程的核心及中枢部分;最后用30%课时讲解实用生产经营技术及策略,增强学生实践意识及能力.实践表明,"产- 理- 技"教学方案易于为学生所接受,课堂气氛及教学效果明显得以改善.%In view of the unfavorable curricular teaching effect of"Seed Production and Management", this paper proposed and at-tempted the "industry-theory-technology" curricular teaching model, substantially adjusting the original sequence and propor-tion of the teaching content. Firstly, 30%of the class hour is used to introduce and analyze the industrial situation, which serves as the leading part of the lesson, and the purpose is to improve stu-dents' learning interest and cultivate their awareness of unex-pected situations in the industry and social responsibility;40%of the class hour is used to interpret basic theory knowledge, which serves as the core and central part of the lesson;in the end, the rest 30%is used to elaborate practical production and manage-ment technology and strategy, in order to enhance students' awareness of practice and their ability. Practice shows that the"industry-theory-technology"teaching scheme is easily accepted by students, and classroom atmosphere and teaching efficiency have been significantly improved.
