基于项目驱动的研究生基层党组织建设的实践与评价

摘要

本文将项目驱动模式应用于研究生基层党组织的建设与评价工作，介绍了党建工作的项目驱动模式、党建工作的评价数学模型、党建工作的评价指标体系和基于项目驱动的党建工作的评价与实践效果。实践证明，项目驱动模式对研究生基层党建工作的水平和党员综合素质的提高均具有较好的促进作用。%This paper applies the project-driven model to the construction and evaluation of the graduate's basic-level Party organization, introduces the project-driven model of the Party building and the mathematical model for evaluating the Party building, and the evaluation index system of the Party building and the evaluation and practical effect of the Party building based on the project-driven model. The practice has proved that the project-driven model has a good role in promoting the standard of the graduate's basic-level Party organization building and im-proving the comprehensive quality of the Party members.
