论中职班主任“管育并重”德育模式的构建

     

摘要

Head teachers play an important role in secondary vo-cational education and their moral education is a key content in education and teaching, while management and education are es-sential components of moral education, they have certain differ-ences, but they integrate and interact with each other. In previous secondary vocational moral education, most head teachers lay emphasis on management instead of education, severely hinder-ing the implementation of moral education objectives. This paper first analyzes the above model, then introduces the characteristics of secondary vocational students, and finally focuses on the man-agement-education integrated model and proposes specific strategies for its construction.%班主任在中职教育中发挥着重要作用,其德育教育为教育教学的重点内容,而管和育也是德育教育的基本组成部分,这两者虽然存在一定的区别,但却相互交融、相互作用。在以往的中职德育教育中,大部分班主任均会采用重管轻教的模式,这严重阻碍了德育教育目标的落实。本文首先分析重管轻教模式,然后介绍中职学生的特点,最后着重阐述德育并重模式,并提出了具体的构建策略。
