青海农牧区小学全科教师美术教学技能培养体系研究

摘要

Art teaching skill training is an important subject in the training program of primary school general teacher in agricultural and pastoral areas in Qinghai. This article analyzes the training mode, the current teaching methods and teaching faculty of pri-mary school general teacher in agricultural and pastoral areas in Qinghai, and finds out the existing problems. Then, it builds a basic framework of training goal of primary school general teacher in agricultural and pastoral areas in Qinghai, which is based on the new curriculum standard, and fosters art teaching skill train-ing system of primary school general teacher in agricultural and pastoral areas in Qinghai, finally, it puts forward some sugges-tions for the implementation of the system.%美术教学技能的培养是青海农牧区小学全科教师培养计划中的一个重要课题，本文通过对青海农牧区小学全科教师美术教学的培养模式、现行教材教法和教学师资的分析，找出存在的问题，并基于新课标搭建出青海农牧区小学全科教师美术教学技能培养目标的基本框架，构建了青海农牧区小学全科教师美术教学技能的培养体系，最后针对体系的实施提出了几点建议。
