进入21世纪以来，社会主义现代化建设水平迅猛发展，科学技术也随之不断得到了应用。教育教学作为培养社会人才的主要手段，基于网络环境开展教育，将教学活动与计算机网络结合在一起，就成为了大势所趋。高校英语翻译教学是学生学习英语的难点，也是教学的重点，使用现代化网络实施授课，能够丰富英语翻译的内容，扩展学生的眼界，并转变过去的单一教学模式，突出教学优势。然而据调查显示，我国高校英语翻译教学还存在很多弊端，网络的运用不够科学，计算机的优势很难得以彰显。为了激发学生学习英语的积极性，调动他们的思维，提高教学质量，高校英语翻译教学一定要重视网络环境教育，突出现代化设备的作用，培养更多的高素质英语翻译人才。%With the rapid development of socialist modernization construction in the 21st century, science and technology has also been applied. To stimulate students' initiative in English learning, motivate their thinking and improve teaching quality, teaching under the net-work environment must be attached much importance to in uni-versity English translation teaching and the role of modernized e-quipment should be highlighted, thereby cultivating more high-quality English translation talents.
