摘要:以硫酸钛为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米二氧化钛,以X-射线衍射( XRD)、场发射扫描电镜( FESEM)进行表征,研究钨和铬离子掺杂对纳米二氧化钛结构及其光催化性能的影响。结果表明,掺铬可提高二氧化钛的结晶度,使光催化性能降低,Cr3+在掺入比1%时的光催化效率相对较大,为55.28%;W6+对二氧化钛晶粒的生长有一定的抑制作用,使二氧化钛的结晶度降低,过高的掺钨量会使光催化性能迅速下降,同时在产物中引入其他钛氧化物,掺钨比为0.3%时光催化效率最大,为81.28%,粗略计算,此时的粒径下降到10nm以下;两种离子的掺入均可在一定煅烧温度下提高向金红石相转变的程度。%Using titanium sulfate as titanium source and sol-gel method, this paper discusses the product nano titanium dioxide, tungsten and chromium ion doping on the properties of nano titanium dioxide structure and photocatalytic effect by X-ray diffraction ( XRD) and field emission scanning electron mi-croscopy ( FESEM ) . The results show that the doped chromium can increase the crystallinity of TiO2 , lower the pho-tocatalytic performance, and the photocatalytic efficiency of the product mixed with 1% Cr3+ is relatively large, 55. 28%;W6+has certain inhibitory effect on the growth of TiO2 , reduce the crystallinity of TiO2 , excessive amount of doped tungsten can make photocatalytic performance drops rapidly and introduce other product titanium oxide at the same time, the photocatalytic efficiency of the product mixed with 1% Cr3+ is largest, 81. 28% and the size below 10nm by rough calculation; Dopping two kinds of ions can increase the transition extent of the rutile phase at certain calcination tem-perature.
