浅析高职教师的教育激情

摘要

教育激情是指教师在教育教学工作中形成的强烈的积极的情绪情感状态，表现为对教育的一种热爱、专注、投入和执著。教育激情更易产生师生情感共鸣，有利于克制高职教师的职业倦怠，其激发与保持需要自身、学校和社会三个方面的共同努力。%The passion for education is a strong and positive emo-tional state that is formed in the education and teaching work, and it is showed by a love of education, focus, commitment and dedi-cation. Education passion is more easy to produce emotional res-onance between teachers and students, which is beneficial to re-frain from the higher vocational teachers' job burnout. To keep the passion of education, teachers, school and society must make efforts together.
