随着我国经济的快速发展，社会对于新型产业的技术要求也在不断提升，尤其是电子商务产业极度缺乏专业人才。对此，本文提出要针对企业电子商务人才需求，对市场进行调研，结合市场实际需求，加强电子商务专业教学体系的建立，要结合现代化教学手段和设施，逐步提升我国中职学校电子商务专业教学质量，为企业和社会培养更多的电子商务专业人才。%With the rapid growth of China's economy, social de-mands for the techniques of new-type industries are also contin-uously increasing, but the e-commerce industry is starved of professional talents. In view of this situation, this paper proposes some measures to cultivate more e-commerce professional talents for enterprises and the society, such as strengthening the con-struction of an e-commerce professional teaching system com-bined with the actual market needs which are investigated in ac-cordance with enterprise demands for e-commerce talents, and gradually improving the quality of e-commerce professional teaching in China's secondary vocational schools combined with modernized teaching means and facilities.
