The objective of higher vocational education in the current society is to cultivate high-quality and skilled profes-sionals suitable for the new era, and important national institu-tions have clearly pointed out that the scientific direction of“health first”should be established in school education. In order to meet the needs of social development, the school, as an impor-tant place for talent cultivation, is required to continuously reform its education methods in the changing era. Sports education con-stitutes an important part in higher vocational education. To com-prehensively analyze the specific content of higher vocational ed-ucation is of realistic significance.
