校企合作模式下的设计院BIM协同设计研究

摘要

Under college-enterprise cooperation model, the culti-vation of higher vocational talents specializing in architectural design needs the close cooperation of enterprises or institutes. Based on deepening the work-study integration model for the cultivation of technical talents specializing in architectural de-sign, effective explorations have been made on improving the de-sign quality and effectiveness of designing institutes and enhanc-ing the cultivation of students by adopting BIM collaborative de-sign in Hu'nan Urban Construction College. Through adopting BIM Server and ArchiCAD of Graphisoft company, a platform for collaborative design has been established and a new talent culti-vation model with real projects as the carrier and based on the campus network has been formed.%在校企合作模式下,高职建筑设计技术人才培养需要企业(设计院)的紧密配合,湖南城建职业技术学院在深化"前堂后所,工学结合"的建筑设计技术专业人才培养模式时,对采用BIM协同设计提高设计院的设计质量和效率,加强对学生的培养做出了卓有成效的探索.通过采用Graphisoft公司的BIM Server和ArchiCAD产品建立了协同设计平台,形成了以真实项目为载体,通过校园网进行松散耦合协同设计的人才培养新模式.
