校企合作顶岗实习中学生人身伤害的责任分析和机制完善

摘要

In-post practice is a typical form of school-enterprise cooperation, but students' safety during the process has become a big problem of school-enterprise cooperation. The division of re-sponsibility in students' personal injury during their in-post practice has a variety of situations. In order to promote the suc-cessful implementation of school-enterprise cooperation and im-pel the development of vocational education, the government, schools, enterprises and students should work together to improve the prevention mechanism and relief mechanism for students' safety during their in-post practice, thus constructing a safety network for students' practice.%顶岗实习是校企合作的典型形式，但是实习学生的人身安全成为校企合作的一大难题。学生在顶岗实习中的人身伤害责任的承担要区分多种情形。为促进校企合作的顺利进行，推进职业教育的发展，政府、学校、企业、学生多方主体应共同参与，完善实习生安全预防机制和救济机制，构建学生实习安全网。
