独立院校辅导员职业倦怠原因分析及对策

独立学院辅导员长期处于高压工作环境，因自身对于职业的认识及独立学院管理体制的问题，辅导员很容易走入职业倦怠期，需要学校管理者予以重视并加以解决。%Independent college counselors are under high endur-ing work pressure, but due to their understanding of their occu-pation as well as the issues in the management system of inde-pendent colleges, counselors can easily become job burnout, so university administrators should emphasize and solve it.
