协同理论视野下的医学生道德教育创新探究

     

摘要

Coordinated development is the inevitable path of in-novation and development of moral education of medical stu-dents. The objective of coordination theory is consistent with that of moral education of medical students, and they both possess the internal logical characteristics of open system and coordinated mechanism. Based on this, in the innovation and development of moral education of medical students, we must establish the coor-dinated idea, and set up on-campus and off-campus coordination platform, so as to truly realize the pertinence and actual effect of moral education of medical students.%协同发展是医学生道德教育创新发展的必然路径。协同理论与医学生道德教育两者之间具备目标的一致性、系统的开放性和机制的协调性等内在逻辑特点。基于此,医学生道德教育的创新发展,必须树立协同观念,搭建校内外协同平台,真正实现医学生道德教育的针对性和实效性。
