在汉语国际教育课堂管理中汉语教师建立管理规章的方法

In the class management of international Chinese lan-guage education, it is necessary for Chinese language teachers to establish class management regulations. However, before the es-tablishment, Chinese language teachers should make full prepa-rations. To successfully establish class management regulations, Chinese language teachers should motivate students' participa-tion, and use some methods that can be easily accepted by stu-dents, such as direct demonstration, application of affirmative words and establishment of students' codes of conduct.%在汉语国际教育的课堂管理工作中，汉语教师建立课堂管理规章非常有必要。在汉语国际教育课堂管理中建立管理规章时，汉语教师要事前做好充分的准备。汉语教师调动学生们的参与，是课堂管理规章能够成功建立的重要途径，在制定课堂管理规章时，汉语教师要采用让学习者易于接受的一些方法，如进行直观演示、使用肯定性的语言表述规章、建立明确的学生行为规范等。
