独立学院就业困难学生主观原因探析及对策研究--以桂林电子科技大学信息科技学院为例

University graduates' successful employment exert great influence on graduates themselves, universities and the so-ciety. With the popularity of education and the development of independent colleges, graduates of independent colleges are in-creasing year by year, but due to the factors of the society, fami-lies, and individuals, every year some graduates have difficulties in employment, so it is imperative to solve the problem. This pa-per elaborates the characteristics of independent colleges, the characteristics of students with difficulties in employment, the subjective reasons of the difficulties, and the support and help for these students.%高校毕业生的顺利就业对毕业生、学校、社会都有着重要影响。随着教育的普及和独立学院的发展，每年独立学院毕业生都逐步增加，但由于社会因素、家庭因素、个人因素等原因，每年都有部分毕业生存在就业困难的现象。如今，大学生就业困难已成为社会关注的焦点，解决大学生就业困难迫在眉睫。本文从独立学院学生特点、独立学院就业困难学生特点、独立学院就业困难学生主观原因分析和独立学院就业困难学生帮扶对策四个方面对问题进行了阐述。
