当代大学生的教育与创新人才的培养

摘要

This paper makes a brief analysis on the problems encountered by contemporary university students, how to infiltrate modern educational thoughts into professional teaching and the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative talents, and proposes the cultivation of students' psychological quality by infiltrating modern educational thoughts into professional cultivation. This paper emphasizes the application of modern educational thoughts in curriculum system updating, students' engineering ability cultivation and innovation.%本文就当代大学生所面临的问题，现代化教育思想如何融入专业教学，以及创新人才的培养所存在的问题做了简单的分析，并提出将现代化教育理念融入专业培养方案修改中，通过现代化教育思想解决学生心理素质培养等问题，强调运用现代化教育理念进行课程体系更新、学生工程能力培养和创新。
