The method for express assessment of the physical response of adolescents to the changes in the educational programs in the innovative educational facilities consists in studying the neurotism, the anxiousness, the neuro-psychical strength using the questionnaire. Furthermore, the coordination of the movements is assessed by tremometry, the heart rate is estimated by physical examination. When necessary, ECG and PCG are performed. Then the scoresobtained are summed and the express index of stress indication is calculated. The express index amounting to 10-13 points is indicative of distress û acute stress. The express index exceeding 14 points is indicative of the chronic stress, i.e. premorbid prenosological state.
