大学生就业心理分析与调适--以广州工商学院学生为例

Graduates' employment quality is an important stan-dard measuring university school-running quality and talent cul-tivation effect. Employment is the first step of university students to enter the society, so their psychological issues in employment directly influence their employment quality. To better grasp uni-versity students' psychological conditions to guide routine em-ployment work, the writer uses questionnaire survey to collect the relevant data in order to objectively analyze students' psychologi-cal problems in employment and the causes, and finally puts for-ward the corresponding adjustment methods.%毕业生就业质量是衡量高校办学质量和人才培养成效的重要标准，而就业则是大学生迈向社会的第一步，大学生就业过程中出现的各种特有的心理表现也直接对其能否顺利就业及其就业质量产生影响。为了更好地掌握大学生心理状况以指导日常就业工作，笔者通过调查问卷的方式收集数据，客观分析了学生的就业心理表现和形成原因并提出调适方法。
