新型城镇化视域下江西省城乡教育均衡发展研究

摘要

The balanced development of urban and rural educa-tion can better highlight the function of education to promote new urbanization in Jiangxi Province, so it is worthy of theoretical re-search. Due to the in-depth contradictions in fund investment, teacher training and school-running conditions for urban and ru-ral education in Jiangxi Province, the development of new urban-ization in Jiangxi Province has been constrained. To realize the goal of new urbanization in Jiangxi Province, we must ensure the fund investment into urban and rural education, coordinate teaching staff distribution for urban and rural education, and pro-mote the balanced development of urban and rural school-run-ning conditions.%城乡教育的均衡发展可以让教育促进江西省新型城镇化的功能得到更好的彰显，具有重要的理论研究价值。由于江西省城乡教育在经费投入、师资培养、办学条件等方面还存在深层次的矛盾与问题，制约了江西省新型城镇化的发展。要推动江西省新型城镇化目标的实现，必须保障城乡教育经费投入，统筹城乡师资配置，均衡发展城乡办学条件。
