材料工程专业应用型人才培养的关键因素分析

摘要

应用型人才的培养与传统的教育模式不同，对学生培养的检验标准不再是单纯的理论知识考核及高校认定的“成绩合格”，而是通过所培养的学生是否符合企业要求、是否满足企业需求来进行检验。文章介绍了材料专业应用型人才的特点，并且提出了培养的关键因素。%The training of applied talents is different from the tra-ditional education mode. The inspection standard to students is no longer the simple theoretical knowledge. It examines through the training of students whether meet the requirements of enter-prises and whether meet the demand of enterprises. This paper introduces the characteristics of applied talents of materials engi-neering, and puts forward the key factors for the training of ap-plied talents.
