高校外聘教师管理中的问题分析及对策

     

摘要

目前高校的招生计划每年都在递增,办学规模不断扩大,使得学校的教师在日常的工作中面临着较大的教学压力,因此需要从外界进行教师的外聘,解决教学课程日益繁忙的现象。高校的外聘教师不断发展,成为高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,在高校的管理中发挥着重要的作用。但是,目前在进行教师外聘的过程中还是存在一定的问题和不足之处,受到的影响较多,在这样的情况下需要对高校的外聘制度进行一定规范,使其能够更加地适应发展的需要。本文主要针对高校外聘教师管理中的问题及对策进行分析。%With the expansion of enrollment and educational scale year by year, college teachers are faced with great stress on teaching, so external teachers are needed to relieve their stress. With their continuous development, external teachers have be-come an integral part of college teaching staff and play an indis-pensable role in college management. But currently, there remain some problems in the employment of external teachers, so the employment system for them should be regulated to be better suitable for the needs of development. This paper mainly deals with the problems existing in the management of external teachers and the countermeasures.
