PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer kitting problem countermeasure management system capable of efficiently managing kitting of computers.SOLUTION: A computer kitting problem countermeasure management system comprises: a plurality of work object computers that reads a set procedure manual described with set procedure and is simultaneously and automatically set according to the set procedure manual; an administrative server comprising a management database that is connected to the plurality of work object computers by communication lines and stores logs of setting work states of the work object computers and a countermeasure against each problem occurring in the setting work of the work object computers therein and a report file for storing reports related to the setting work of the work object computers therein; and a problem countermeasure management computer for outputting the countermeasure against the problem occurring on the basis of the logs transmitted from the work object computers.
