高校辅导员是高校班级学风建设的指导者和引领者，面对目前部分大学生学习动力不足，学习目标迷茫，甚至是沉迷网络游戏，荒废学业等情况，如何才能树立起有理想、有追求、积极向上的学风，是辅导员一直致力研究的课题。文章通过剖析高校辅导员在推动班级学风建设中发挥的作用，及影响班级学风建设主要问题的基础上，指出营造优良的学习氛围、思想政治教育及班级组织建设是解决问题的有效方法，并对各项措施的有效实施进行了可行性论述。%The college counselor is the instructor and leader in the college's class study style construction. Facing the problems of part of the university students' lack of the learning motivation, being confused with the learning goals, and even the online games and abandoning studies, they devote themselves to the re-searches on how to establish good study styles of aspiring, pursu-ing and activeness. Through the analysis of the role that the col-lege counselor plays in the construction of study style and the main problems which influence the style construction, this paper points out that the effective methods of solving the problems are creating good learning environment, ideological and political ed-ucation and class organization construction, and discusses the feasibility of effective implementations of the varied methods.
